Absolutely blown away by Green Giant!! They came out and removed an ENORMOUS 160,000 lb tree from my property after it fell directly onto my home, including my garage/carport area and even my rental car. The situation was overwhelming and honestly devastating, but they handled it like absolute pros. From the moment they arrived, everything was organized, fast, and under control. Watching their crew work was impressive, they safely and efficiently cleared massive debris in a way I didn’t even think was possible in that amount of time. The owner was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely understanding during a really stressful situation for me. That level of compassion made a huge difference in a moment where everything felt chaotic. Every single worker was respectful, careful with my property, and clearly experienced. No shortcuts, no mess, no attitude, just skilled professionals doing extremely hard work the right way. They didn’t just remove a tree, they cleared an entire disaster situation and gave me back access to my home. We would definitely use Levi and Green Giant Tree & Grading's services again. This was a big job, 20 trees and grading for drainage! They had to take down part of our fence, they put it back up as if nothing had been touched. Levi was knowledgeable, quick to respond to messages, and very understanding of our concerns. His crew was professional and quick! They worked hard for a few days. I hope they all enjoyed something cold to drink and a hearty meal after they finished. LOL I was very appreciative of how well they cleaned up at the end of each work day. They didn't leave our property a mess. Levi and his crew did an outstanding job. Levi is incredibly knowledgeable and very easy to work with. He took the time to identify several diseased trees we hadn't noticed and taught us what to look for regarding long-term tree health and signs of decay. We had a complex project involving the removal of 10+ large trees—including oaks, hickory, and poplars—that were safety risks to our house. Levi was great at discussing different solutions and was very respectful of our request to minimize damage to the nearby trees we wanted to keep. The crew was professional, efficient, and did a fantastic job with the cleanup. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them for all our future tree work.
